Know What You Eat is an invented sub-brand/campaign for the international animal protection organization, Mercy for Animals. This campaign aims to raise awareness around the cruelty that goes on in factory farming. The problem is that much of the population is stuck in their traditions of consuming animal products while turning a blind eye to the cruel practices that take place in animal agriculture. This campaign is designed to show consumers the link between what they eat and the animals that suffered for their meal, and hopefully illicit an emotional response that leads to action.
